Over half of the Icelandic nation believes that elves exist.

In fact, you may have heard of roads being re-routed to avoid disturbing elf habitations, because if there is something that elves do not like it’s being uprooted from their homes.

For 30 years Álfaskólinn (The ElfSchool) has been teaching it’s students about Iceland’s huldufólk (hidden people) that includes elves, gnomes, dwarfs, fairies, trolls and mountain spirits.
