Arrived at Kahului airport on the island of Maui. \240Bill, Kathy, Joe, Sara, and Eileen flew from their homes and met Grandma, Kate, Gabriel, and I at the Dallas/Ft. Worth airport where we all flew to Hawaii together. \240A very long flight but it was made enjoyable by the tablets attached to the seat backs which allowed us all to watch movies on our flight. \240The Kahului airport wasn’t anything special except for the fact that it mostly didn’t have glass in the windows or doors so we were immediately greeted by the warm, breezy air. \240And the chickens and roosters that wander freely all over the islands, inside buildings and out.
