Checked in a lovely hotel - Karakia Hotel Premier

On 20 October we went Kamakura by train. Bob American joined us. We sighted the seaside town enjoying the vibrating atmosphere mixed with local Japanese people. Non car street called Komachi-dori Street with varied small business shops - fabric/clothes, ice cream, dried fruit. Some people worn tradition customs - I do not know what special occasion - it was Sunday where most of them worn best smart clothes - well dressed I haven’t seen anyone like that in Auckland street.

We went to the great Buddha - Kotokuin Temple

Then we had the opportunity to see the beach before catching the train back to Kamakura on the way to Toyto - a 50 minutes travel.
