Arrived at 1:11 pm
Got transported to Metropolitan Hotel, old and small hotel but is very close to the beach. Has no air conditioning due to winter \240but it’s 21C ☀️, humid. Receptionist said to open the windows if too hot 😆
View from the hotel, very impressed with the solar panels on the roof tops.

Pay attention to this woman’s phone. Hands free! 😂
In Jerusalem, the last day of work is Thursday. Then on Friday they observe Shabbat starting Friday afternoon till end of Saturday. During that time, they cannot operate any electrical devices like escalators, cannot drive, can’t blow dry their hair eg. 😧
Their train runs through a main road, Jaffa St. No cara allowed.
Like in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem is a city of cats. They roam around casually and people actually respect them.
Traffic starts getting crazy (like a parking lot) from 2-7/30 pm on Thursday.
This is the entrance to the old city, Jaffa gate to the Christian quarter.
These are kipur for men to wear in synagogues and sacred places.
