Where we got our wifi devices and also did baggage delivery. It does turn out however that getting the pocket wifi here was a bad decision. There were cheaper and better options at the shops located in the visitor center.

Pocket wifi rental at this shop, good comparison for prices and their devices support upto 10 connections.
Local calling SIM cards: they were hard to find - most only sold ‘data-only’ sims or you actually had to rent the local calling SIM card with an actual dedicated handphone. And they charged about a $1 per minute of outgoing local calls.

So we had to go with the blue bus, ‘THE ACCESS NARITA’ service to Ginza via Tokyo, 1hr 20mins long’
