Watched old faithful erupt. Lodge was closed.

Spent first day driving from Jackson hole airport to West Yellowstone. Stayed 2 nights in Explorer cabins in West Yellowstone. \240Small quaint town.

Spent the day exploring northern Yellowstone.
Bison walking on the road causing a traffic jam.
Lots of Bison near west Yellowstone. \240
Paint pots. Neat area w different colored minerals. This one looked like boiling white paint.
Tyler and I climbed the rock wall.
We stopped at a beautiful spot and had a picnic lunch. Bought a cooler for the car. Weather was perfect in the low 70’s.
So awesome spending time w the kids. Best part was no cell service!!

Drove to Jackson hole. Stopped at Grand prismatic springs
This is a smaller spring. The main one had too much steam to see spring.
Hiked down the Teton village trail after taking the gondola to the top. Very steep trail.
