Your journal data is private. The following is how we ensure it stays that way:

• The connections between your devices and the servers are encrypted end-to-end.
• Internal access to data is limited to integral operational employees, who are needed to keep your data safely synced at all times. These employees are strictly prohibited from accessing encrypted data unless required for technical issues or when legally required to do so.
• All login connections for admin accounts require extremely strong passwords.

We store all of your Journo data on Amazon AWS servers. These are considered the industries best, and are used by many of the best services and apps available today. Learn more about Amazon AWS here.

Additionally, we use multi-level back up and Transport Layer Security (TLS). You’re safe and sound.
