Last night we had a very interesting wake up call from what can only be described as badger/bat/monster outside our hut. It was the middle of the night and suddenly there was a screech followed by a growl over and over again. Safe to say we did not look outside!!!
Followed by a filling breakfast and a fun packed first day.
We’ve rented a bike (parents & loved ones... we are being very safe, wearing helmets and driving slow etc) and we’ve begun exploring the island.
Today we went to 2 different beaches, Sao Beach and Sea Star Beach. Both lovely! We watched the sunset on the beach and then had some drinks in happy hour. We craved Indian food so found the local curry house! Did not disappoint.
