Average summer temperatures between 20-25 degrees Celsius ( 68-77 degrees Fahrenheit) will not give you thee feel of Bahamas, but will give you the off-heat time during summer, but still provide you relaxing sea atmosphere.
Good food can be found almost each step, from seafood options to Polish national cuisine to Italian pasta&pizza. Together with bars, coffee shops and hotels with wellness = what else would you need for a summer or autumn chill.

Kaliningrad Oblast, little piece of Russian Federation between Poland and Lithuania.
Since 6/2019, to enter the Kaliningrad Oblast for travel purposes up to 30days, you only need electronic visa, which are issued up to 4 days since applying.
As Kaliningrad is a city with only estimated up to 500k inhabitants, the old town is pretty much easy accesible by foot only.

Königsberg Cathedral
Brick Gothic style monumentum, largely destroyed in WWII and rebuilt afterwards, is the most significant building preserved from the former City of Königsberg, dating back to 14th century.
