Living the ErShred lifestyle while traveling by car! So keep in mind \240we take everything we need with us when we travel. Our mode of transportation is a 2017 Toyota Corolla.
How we pack:
1 ) cooler for frozen items. Includes 2 cases of frozen water, 10 ribeyes \240, salmon, Irish butter, and 5 lbs of bacon
2) dry goods cooler. \240Packed with shake packets , bone broth, collagen bottles
3) dry cooler #2 . For \240 Shred approved \240snacks( pork rinds 💕) and \240cooking supplies small propane and burner with small frypan \240for grilling
4) easily accessible is the must have while driving. Battery powered blender for shake mixing and incubation.

We plan our stops \240for fuel \240around \240 Meal times so we can get some ice for the shakes and hot water for the bone broth.

A quick snack after a quick 28 mile ride . \240It was easy to prep while one the go.
Meal prep while we are at the Airbnb for two nights.
We normally schedule \240two nights \240at one location every7 days. This allows to do laundry andmeal prep fir the next 4 nights of camping. We stocked our complete essential vitamins from the \240bulk packed for the trip. We plenished our shakes portions to make it easily accessible.
A time to kick back and regroup for the next \2407 days on the road camping, driving and biking from place to place.

Tonight we decided to enjoy a night out.
We had green chili with grass fed beef (Scott )
I had a grass fed burger with a fried egg avocado!!
We shared the fries.

Today was a shopping day for more water! It’s amazing how i can \240walk past some all time favorite snack foods!
Dinne consisted of chicken , butter some salad . Snacks today as well

Socializing with friends can make it hard to follow protocol at 100% but remember you have to live \240and it’s really easy to jump back on track
