We waited in a 50 minute line for the Harry Potter ride! It did not disappoint, hands down best ride I’ve ever been on!

It’s rude to walk and eat in Japan, so you have to eat it right next to the stall! Which is super nice in a way as you really enjoy and take it all in!

I’ve been dying for some fresh seafood since the fresh squid at the other market! Here they have cooked scallops super well for me with a buttery sauce! Absolutely delicous 🍥

I cried in the bathroom, and Michael told him I couldn’t have it, So he completely made me a deliscous dish on a whim that looked like this 😱🫶🏼

Mikey wanted some Ramen for dinner! So we hit “ramen street” on top of the station! A lot of the restaurants are underground or inside malls, which we find a bit weird, but the food is amazing! Sammy tried her first ramen and loved it 🍜

We headed to the “golden gai” a passage way (yokocho) with teeny tiny bars that only fit maximum around 6 people! This is just incredible! So many streets filled with these, we just kept walking until we found one!

Home time…….we really love our hotel! It’s a bit more spacious!

Arrived in “Harajuku” first stop ☕️ at -dotcom coffee and tea- a pretty freaking gorgeous spot

We had a sandwich and salad at a chain coffee chop to eat some normal western food, that we were craving and are headed to yoyogi park! It was super gorgeous, but also I think nicer in the winter or cooler months! No pictures of the park, but we did head to a cool coffee shop called “little nap coffee” ADORABLE 🥹

We needed a treat, and headed to “kiths treats” in the Mayashita Park, which is a cute mall with an outdoor area on top!

This morning we are off to Asakusa! This I think was one of our favorite areas! First up “Benitsuru” for soufflé pancakes! We didn’t think we would get in, got a time slot and walked the famous street to “senso-ji temple” so many little gorgeous vendors, it’s essentially like a market strip with a huge temple at the end…. I bought some yummy crackers and a little gifty for mum!

Tonight we are heading for dinner in

“Ebisu” with some friends! A lot of the restaurants in Japan don’t accept foreigners. It is hard to get into places without a reservation. Some say you need to book weeks in advance. To be honest we have found this to be a bit annoying. It’s very rare to see a spot and just be able to sit and enjoy.

So we were pretty pumped to be with some of our Japanese friends and have traditional food! We met one of Maiko’s friends, who ordered for all of us! Lots of little plates flowing, plus some incredible “sake” was just phenomenal! The friend picked up the ENTIRE bill, we didn’t pay a cent! What a welcome!

We literally ate horse tonight! Was delicous 🐎🐴
