I will be travelling alone for 4 weeks and during this time I will be visiting these main cities with side trips inbetween.

Apart from the normal and obvious tourist destinations of Japan, some of the main attractions I will be visiting include lesser known gems such as...
❩❩❩❩❩❩❩❩❩❩❩❩❩⦁❨❨❨❨❨❨❨❨❨❨❨❨❨
Gujo Hachiman - A town teeming with natural waterways where the way of life hasn’t changed in 400 years. There are even koi fish swimming in streams next to the streets! ≋🐟≋
Mt. Koya - A peaceful mountain village and the centre of Shingon Buddhism where I’ll be staying in a Buddhist temple for 2 nights learning about inner peace. ❤︎♥︎❤︎
Okunoshima Island - Also known as Bunny Island, this tiny island is home to hundreds of rabbits waiting for you to bring them their next meal of cabbage that can be bought in the local shop!
Yayoi Festival - This annual festival held in Nikko celebrates the coming of spring. Needless to say, drinking plenty of sake is a must! 🍶🍶🍶🤪

- A small farming village
- A family to stay with for a few nights
- Traditional Izakaiya
- A shrine dedicated to extinct wolves
As well as...
All the regular must see sights of Japan!
