August 5-7. We paddled out to site 6, Canada Island, however the stench from the Privy was so bad we decided to move on. Just our luck the people on Spruce Island were leaving and we were able to occupy it. \240Despite the fact that the weathermen said stormy weather all weekend we have it a go and it could not have been any more perfect. The sun was shining all weekend, the lake was like glass and the temperature was perfect. We hiked up Fredericka, swam and floated in the water and watched the sunset from the rocks. It was a perfect weekend.
