Saturday
Rob was our hero yet again and drove through the night with our Subaru. He left around 12:30 am and got to the resort around 9:30 am! The boys and I took a Frontier flight that left at 1:15 pm (for only $26 a seat!!) Cory took the boys and I to the airport (and is going to stay at our place while we are in FL to take care of Rex). The flight was on time and Rob picked us up from the airport around 3:15 pm!
We went to Sickie’s Garage for lunch and Colin even ordered a Veggie Burger for the first time 😊. Then we got groceries at Target and went back to the room. We ended our first day on vacation by going to the pool and enjoying the resort ❤️
Epcot!
He left the room at 8 AM to get into the 8:30 early entry to Epcot. We went on Soaring first and basically walked on! Then we went to take pictures with Mickey and friends… A fun tradition that I’m happy the boys still indulgence us with 😊. Then we explored the new Moana water area, which was fun. Then we went on Nemo and then on Living with the Land (and we walked on both of those). We also walked onto Figment and realized they were doing pictures with Figment! He was just finishing up his first greeting time, so we went to the Pixar short film attraction, and then got back in line to grab a elusive picture with figment 🎉😊

Colin worked on his Honors Chemistry homework while Clark read ❤️
Clark and I went to the pool while Rob rested and Colin did homework. It started to pour while Clark was swimming, but that didn’t stop him!
We drove to lunch at V Pizza and Tap Room - it was good! Then we went back to the room to get ready for the Mickey Halloween Party at the Magic Kingdom!!! We got on the bus at 3:30 and were in by

Tuesday!
We all slept in past 9 AM! We got ready and went out to breakfast at First Watch. Then we hit the outlet mall. It was nice to be out here in the off-season, because nothing was too busy!
Then we ran to Publix to grab a couple groceries and then relaxed back at the room for a bit. I beat Rob in a game of Wingspan as well as Patchwork.😜
We left for islands of adventure at around 3:30. Vallet parking was empty!
We walked on the Hulk coaster, Spider-Man \240Ride, the Dudley Do Right ride, the Popeye Raft Ride, the Blasic coaster, and the Jurassic Park boat ride!
Wednesday
We slept a little past 8:00 and then got ready for Animal Kingdom! It was extremely hot and humid, but it wasn’t crowded so it was bareable 😊
We went on the following without a fast pass (and walked on)
Dinosaur
Everest
Kali River Rapids
Walked the Tiger Trail
Bird Show
Kilamanaro Safari
Lion King Show
We paid for the Lighting Lane for Avatar ($13 a person) to end the day
We left around 2:00 and got ice cream at McDonald’s!
McDonald’s Ice Cream!
We hung out at our resort for the rest of the day. We roasted marshmallows around 6:00 pm (and brought Colin Vegan marshmallows to roast 😊)
Thursday!
We slept in again until 9:00 - 9:30. Rob ran to the store to get cornstarch for Colin’s chemistry homework. The boys and I went to the main pool. It was empty!
Clark and I enjoying our pina colada ❤️
We drove to Hollywood Studios around 1:00 - it was very hot and humid but not too busy (especially because we purchased the “Multipass”. We walked onto Smugglers Run, Rockin Roller Coaster, and Tower of Terror.
Then we got lunch at our favorite, Rizzo’s Pizza!
After lunch, we went on Mickey and Minney’s Runaway Railway and then Toystory!
After Toystory, we went on the Alien Spinners. We had a fast pass for Slinkey Dog but we had to wait the rain out.
Waiting out the rain…
Cute duck family!
Finally on Slinkey dog!

Friday
We got out the door around 9:00 and got to Volcano Bay around 9:45. It didn’t open until 10, we made the most of our time and did pretty much everything we wanted to do by noon!
After we left Volcano Bay, we drove to BJ’s for lunch (and Poozkies!) and then went back for more Universal fun! We popped into Universal Studios for a couple of hours (using our valet parking privileges for the last time …) and experienced the Bourne Stundtactular show, then checked out the new Dreamworks area and rode on the Toll Rollercoaster, and lastly did the Men in Black ride. The Orlando heat was getting to us, so we left a little after 5:00.
After relaxing in the room for a bit, we walked over to Disney Springs and bought the Nightmare Before Christmas Lego (that Clark and I both wanted). It was $200, but $200 well spent! 😊

Saturday!
We took our time getting up and around in the morning. We checked out of our room a little before 11:00 and hit the road! Our first stop was at a coffee shop in Orlando to get coffee to go (the coffee was great!)
Then we drove to Jacksonville to visit Second &Charles - after that, we went to the CPK that was just 5 mins away!
Then we got the road!
Overall - here are some of our favorites:
Colin: going to Magic Kingdom and doing the Mickey’s Not So Scary party. He especially liked doing Space Mountain in the pitch black (they turned the lights off)
Sarah: I also liked going to the Magic Kingdom and listening Rob rant about how bad the new Splash Mountain ride is (now that it is Tiana’s Bayou Adventure). They had amazing source material and messed it up! I also really enjoyed my dinner with Tob at the California Grill. I really enjoyed Food and Wine as well as getting to sleep in most mornings and enjoying Saratoga Springs
Rob: Food and Wine in Epcot, how easy it was to get around Magic Kingdom and not wait forever for the rides, he was happy to finally get on camera at the Monster s Inc. Laugh Factory, he was proud of how much we got done at Hollywood Studios in a short amount of time 😊
