Today was definitely my favourite day so far on the trip. We started off with early class once again which went well but we got some math homework for the weekend😔 \240 For lunch Tara, phoebe and I decided we didn’t really feel like walking into town as we were all so tired so we decided to Uber eats instead. I decided order from the German doner kebab place and got a wrap which was really really good, best meal so far. Only negative was my Uber bicyclest was very confused as to where the entrance of the college was and was biking around for 10 minutes even though we were on the phone with him giving him exactly where we were. He was quite rude actually. Anyways after we finally ate, we headed to English. We were talking about comic books and al of us were so tired and the class just felt so long. After it was done it was time to go punting ! What on earth is punting you ask? Well it is basically like a long gondola expect you steer it your self down the river with this giant metal pole and a tiny wooden paddle. It was honestly one of the hardest things of done, since there was no paddle on the pole you just used the bottom of the river to push you along but it was not very reliable and was very heavy so it was hard to move. We all alternated being the paddler. Chiara and I were defiantly the worst at it. We were the second group to leave out of everyone and we came back dead last. We also kept running into the river bank, got stuck in multiple trees and we kept running into this one family who was getting very annoyed at us. By the end of it we ended up paddling back wards because we couldn’t turn it back around. It’s ok though because everyone was struggling and it made for some good laughs. After we finally made it back to the start point we went into town and stopped at a little cafe for a vanilla iced latte. Super yummy. After this we met up with the group for dinner and we headed down to this little French restaurant called Cafe Rouge. We had French onion soup as an appetizer, half a chicken with fries and gravy and crème brûle for dessert, my favourite. Then we headed back to the room and are now all doing our homework. Which I should probably get back to now. Anyways, goodnight everyone.
