A small fishing village with a large drying marina meant we caught a bouy outside. Very popular with sailors as all spaces taken by 3pm. Also \240popular with hikers as seemingly many coastal walks around the area. I had the most sublime meal as usual when least expected. A small restaurant on the quay, menu chalked on a board that’s passed around each table with a choice of 3-4 dishes… went home very satisfied and happy.

After a very bumpy and clanking night on the buoy we cast off this morning heading to La Trinite Sur Mer. One of the largest marinas in south Brittany, we’ve decided to stay for a couple of nights to do (housework) and victualling and also the town has been recommended by Marianne.
