Today was another early morning with breakfast at 8:15 and class starting at 9. Today in math we started talking about functions and so far it isn’t as bad as I thought it would be as I actually understand everything. After 2.5 hours of math the girls and I headed down to town for lunch. We found this crêperie and it was delicious. I had a berry smoothie and a goat cheese and spinach wrap. Then it was time to head backhoe our next classes. In English we started talking about video games and it how they are a form of telling stories and then wrote another blog based on our pre departure work. Then it was now time for our scavenger hunt around Oxford. I was on a team with phoebe, chiara, Tara, raindrops and Kayla. We got a list of 8 places we had to find, \240take pictures of and find the answers to some of the questions. We were smart and decided to stop at the lodge (it’s like the lobby) of the college and ask the employee what everything was and where they were. He ended up giving us a map circling where we needed to go so we head out and ran all across Oxford. We ended up coming in first place! Kathy (who’s in charge of the trip) bought us a bunch of treats as a prize. We had 30 minutes until dinner whoever phoebe, Tara and I were starving so we stopped at McDonalds and shared 9 chicken nuggets and a frozen strawberry lemonade. We then stopped at a couple of shops before heading to zizzi for dinner. Dinner was pretty good. We got fresh bread with homemade garlic butter to start, spaghetti bolognese as a main and vanilla and chocolate ice cream for dessert. After we headed back and are now sitting at study hall doing homework (which I had already completed in class and therefor am writing this blog). Anyways I am having so much and love everyone here so all is well. Night everyone ! 💖
