Friday!

I worked in the office. Rob and the boys checked out of their Orlando hotel and went to the water park and Epcot! It was one of the last days it was open before they shut it down for COVID-19

They flew to San Diego that afternoon and I picked them up at the airport around 9:30 pm with McDonalds for Clark, Taco Bell for Colin and In and Out for Rob (since I’m such a great mom/wife 😘)

We checked out of our hotel and had lunch with the Zimmerman’s at Stone Brewery

We also had breakfast at their house and played with Duke

Then we headed up to the Belleau’s!

Sunday - Woke up at the Belleau’s

Went over to The Busi’s for lunch with dad and Debbie and Chuck

We started the morning at the Belleau’s, and we all had a great time. Clark and Brooke were so cute reading together

Then we took off and went to my parents (and stopped at 85 degrees on the way 😊) The boys were happy to walk the dogs again!

After getting the boys settled, Rob and I left for Altadena!

The boys stayed with my parents while we enjoyed our Air B&B

I worked and then we went on a hike to see the waterfall at the Eaton Canyon Natural Reserve

After we got back, we walked to the grocery store to get some water and drinks. We loved seeing the houses around Altadena

We also loved the outdoor spa!

Last full day at our Air B&B. I worked and we went for a hike

Thursday -

We checked out of our air B&B and got 85 degrees on our drive back to Redlands. We hung out with our boys in the Busi family and then said our goodbyes in the late afternoon

We drove to my parents house and had dinner (my mom made tortilla soup and we found out they had TWO Costco memberships 😜)

Then we went to bed with our alarms set for 4:00 AM 😳

You left my parents house at 4:30 AM and drove to LAX. The roads/freeway were pretty empty. But Randy’s Donuts was open! We got the boys a donut from there on the way to to airport 🍩

We dropped off our rental car and had the fastest trip through security at LAX ever.

Our flight was direct from LAX to RDU and was only 1/3 full. We flew across the country in only 4.5 hours!

We were happy to be home, but Abercrombie was even happier 😊
