If anyone reading this knows me, they would know just how much I love shopping which is why today was great. It started off writing the earliest test of my life. Since we didn’t have class today due to the optional excursion I had to go down just after 8am to write my first functions unit test of the year which I think I did okay on. Then Chiara and I decided to check out buzz gym in westgate mall. It was £7 for a 24h pass. We worked out for about 2 hours starting off the the treadmill to warm up then doing some lower body and abs circuits. It felt nice to work out again. We then stopped by the French crepe place we love and got smoothies as we didn’t have much breakfast (I only had a banana and the workout made me hungry). Then we quickly showered and got dressed for the day. The kids going to the Jack the Ripper optional excursion had already left so Kathy decided to take anyone who wasn’t going on that and wanted to go to Bichester Village for shopping. We walked down to the train station and got some lunch while waiting for the train. I got an iced coffee and ham and cheese panini which was mighty tasty. The train was about 15minutes so super quick. When we got to the outdoor designer outlet mall it was so nice, they had every single brand from Gucci to Calvin Klein to Levi’s to Burberry, everything. Not only did they have everything but the deals were insane. We spent around 3 hours here and I ended up getting a beautiful new black moncler jacket for the upcoming winter season and a interlocking black Gucci purse which I absolutely adore. We then headed black on the train and went back to westgate mall as some people hadn’t checked it out yet. Then we walked back and met up with everyone else at Cuttlefish for dinner. This was hands down the best arranged dinner we have had. We ordered our meal for here a couple of days ago. I ended up choosing a spinach and warm goat cheese salad to start and homemade gnocchi with tomato sauce and mozzarella. The food was so so good. Then it was time to head back and get ready for curfew. All in all I will say today was a great success.
