Brigantine Seafood & Oyster Bar

Day 1 - Travel Day

After a small plane delay it was a short, easy flight met with hotel difficulties. Nothing we couldn’t overcome with some free booze and food while playing cribbage in the lobby for about 2 hours. Finally got the room key and couldn’t fit the luggage in the room since it was… qwaint, cozy, or any other way you could describe small. Switched into handicap room, much bigger… no dresser or closet but has a fold out desk and a ramp to the tub which we attached to the sink to make some extra storage. Forgot to take photos until after dinner, so this is what we got of us at a random railroad crosswalk stop. Dinner was amazing at Brigantine Seafood and Oyster Bar. On the way home we walked almost 2 miles to get champagne for the room since we forgot to bring any with us. Got back to the room where we had revived the link to all the wedding photos so got to spend night 1 of the honeymoon looking at them with some champagne!

Day 2 - Morning

After finally deciding to get up for the day we headed to a little coffee shop for small bite and of course coffee… not pictures the waffle breakfast sandwich Alexander got… pictured the insulin it too to eat said sandwich

Walking Beer Tour 🍻

Stop 1: something Krauss…great spurs and the start of lots of walking

Decided walking was for not vacation…took a ferry to Coronado instead :)

Stop 2: Coronado Brewing company. Cool little area, lots of shops and of course…more walking!! Alex’s favorite was the walking.

Rebecca’s favorite was the beer that tasted sour or the complete opposite and like coffee 🫶🏻💍

Alex thought the free glass with the flight was a lie…he was wrong.

And also, the beer and views here was amazing!! Have you seen the beautiful woman whose my wife I got to look at while having more great beer?! 🥰🥰

Here she is again trying to not get her neck sweaty…I dibbs and she is mine forever 🙃😇😍🥰

La Jolla Cove

Day 2 - La Jolla Sea Lions

A little stop at the coves to see the sea lions on our way around La Jolla

The sea lions were sleeping so they didn’t want to smile for the selfie 🤪

Alexander unsure how he’s feeling being so close to the wild animal

They seem to like when I talk to them

All the babies crawling into the cove to sleep

Duke's La Jolla

Day 2 - Dinner at Dukes

To no knowledge of mine we went to Dukes to hit at the next days activity… still no idea what Alexander has planned for us

Cocktails with a view while waiting for our table

No photos of the food since it was too good and we forgot before it was gone but the drinks got a photos mid sip!

A little hula pie with a side of insulin

Alexander booked a day of surfboards!! \240He must really love me since well… he hates the ocean and the last time (over 15 years ago) he went surfing he wrapped the leash around his neck

Spent the day at Solana beach surfing and relaxing

Feeling accomplished since we both stood (not well) on a few waves!

Rancho Bernardo Inn

Day 5 - Travel Day Round 2

Woke up and realized we hadn’t packed a thing and checkout was less than an hour away… so frantically threw anything and everything into a bag and headed out of The Moxy and over to the Rancho Bernardo Inn.

Arrived and met up with tons of friends and family to kick off celebrating the marriage of the Polvi’s. Of course it was great to see everyone but a little princess still won our hearts the most and her name is Farrah Jane

All photos weren’t taken on our phones so those will have to be added later

Day 6 - Polvi Wedding Day

Once again photos weren’t taken on our phones so they will have to be updated later as well…

Started the day late in the morning and headed straight for the pool. After having some foodies and drinks it was time to head back to the room to get ready for the wedding. It was so amazing to watch two wonderful people say I Do to each other and we danced the night away celebrating Toria and Mike ♥️

12
Los Cabos International Airport (SJD)

Day 7 - Traveling in Style

Early morning wake up to catch the flight to Cabo! When we were checking in our bags it was cheaper to just upgrade to first class than to check them so we were flying in style playing cribbage the whole way… this was after we found an open (we think) restaurant in the San Diego airport that we sat in for a few hours while the flight was delayed.

Made it to Cabo and got to our room which is more of a full apartment with how big it is. Walked the beach for a while before we realized how hungry we thought we were so headed back to the Rosé for dinner.
